We know it can be a bit awkward having people working around your home, so we try to make the whole process easy.
We turn up when we say we will, take care around your property and do the job properly — whether that’s cleaning your windows, clearing your gutters or washing your solar panels.
And if we make a mess while we’re working, especially with leaves from the gutters, we clean it up before we leave.
Simple as that.
A bit of light rain usually isn’t a problem.
For exterior window cleaning, we use purified water that dries clear without leaving streaks. So if it’s just a light drizzle, the clean can still go ahead.
If the weather turns unsafe, like heavy rain, strong wind or storms, we’ll simply reschedule your booking.
We’d rather do the job properly and safely than rush it in bad weather.
